The location provided VERY easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The room included a capsule coffee machine, and complimentary water was a great addition. I also liked the spacious room size. It.

helpful staff excellent location onsite parking no air conditioning difficult sleep outdated bathrooms
the staff were helpful. they went out of their way to assist, even if they were busy. the location is excellent. i appreciated having onsite parking, it was a bonus.
there was no air conditioning. i was told it was an air circulation system only and did not cool the air, it made sleeping difficult. our toilet did not flush. the room bathrooms have not been updated recently.

i found the king suite to be spacious. it included great views. the bar area had a relaxed atmosphere. it was perfect for winding down after a long day.
the shower hose had some tape on it, it leaked a little bit.

The location was convenient. i followed my nose directly from the train station. It was a quick walk. the staff were very accommodating during check-in. also, i could leave my bags at reception before check-in.
i found the lack of usb plugs in the room slightly inconvenient.

The hotel's location was indeed a highlight. A quick walk got me to the train station. i also found the breakfast selection excellent with plenty of options to choose from. we loved the central location. the comfortable bar area was also welcome.
The separate toilet and shower room seemed a bit outdated. A combined space would be more efficient. minimal charging points were available next to the bed, this was inconvenient.

the reception by alina was amazing. melissa's attention also stood out. i found the breakfast staff lovely too. i would love to come back.
the bathroom had mould around the bath, a shock.
